Processing time
We will try our best to process all orders within 3-5 working days for all local orders, and 5-8 working days for all international orders unless stated otherwise on our website/ other social media accounts.
Please note that there may be a slight delay in delivery during festive seasons

We are using different private courier companies to give you the best international shipping rates to your country.
All fees are flat rate unless otherwise stated.
Tracking number will be emailed to you upon processing your order. Depending on which country you're from, your parcel will take about 7-14 working days to reach you.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Depending on which country you are from, custom clearance may cause delays in delivery time.
For all international orders, taxes, customs and import duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by you in order to clear customs. As custom policies and import duties vary in every country, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost will be.



WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Sorry! We do not accept returns due to hygiene purposes.

We do accept returns/refunds only if you've received an incorrect pair of earrings or a faulty item. Please drop us a message under the "Remark" section in your order history or email us at [email protected] Kindly include photos of the wrongly received item and your order number in your email. The item must be returned in it's original condition and unworn.


Should the correct item be out of stock, we will reimburse you with store credits.
